About the project
Japan IT Week 2025 took place at Tokyo Big Sight from 23 to 25 April 2025, bringing together global technology companies for networking, product demonstrations and international collaboration. I supported Easy AI with Japanese–Vietnamese interpretation during product introductions, visitor engagement and business discussions. The role required a quick understanding of product context, business needs and cross-cultural communication to help the team deliver clear, natural and professional messages and create a welcoming experience at the booth.

Things I Did
I supported Japanese–Vietnamese interpretation during booth activities, product presentations, and visitor conversations. I helped explain services in a clear and culturally appropriate way, assisted the team in responding to questions from attendees, and supported smoother communication during networking and business discussions. In addition to interpreting, I also helped create a more professional and approachable experience for international guests by ensuring messages were delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the event.
